The aim is to optimize, standardize and digitize central personnel processes. The system will create a unified platform that increases efficiency, promotes transparency, supports and implements legal requirements and strengthens the strategic role of HR. The contractor provides technical and technical support in the implementation, configuration, integration, migration, training, commissioning and ongoing operation of the HRMS in close cooperation with DEGES.

The HRMS must be implemented and then the operation supported. The HRMS will have an open and documented interface architecture to enable future system integrations and functional enhancements. The aim is a swift and effective implementation of the implementation. An operational core objective is to ensure the functionality. The objective is to ensure a seamless transition from the existing systems and to create a solid basis for future innovations and developments in the HRMS environment.
