The contractor shall comply with the condition of participation in a technical or professional capacity procedure if he documents the execution or execution of the internet spatial information system within the last three years before the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders, and if the duration of the activity is shorter – during that period at least a. two contracts, each with a value of at least PLN 230 000,00 gross and the delivery and implementation of a web-based spatial information system, which included a spatial economy support module and a real estate economy, in which the digitalisation of planning documents was performed, b. one contract consisting in the launch of at least one e-service at the level of interaction at least four. Contractor submits at the request of the Contracting Authority - List of services - Annex 6 to the SWZ.
For the fulfilment of the condition for persons sent by the Contractor to perform the contract The Contracting Authority shall recognise the availability of persons with functions: a. Project Manager – 1 person with experience within the last five years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, in the capacity of the Project Manager or its Deputy (from the start to the completion of the IT project), in one project completed with the implementation of the Spatial Information System;
b. specialist for the implementation of IT systems – two persons with experience within the last five years before the deadline for the submission of tenders in the implementation position in at least one project consisting in the implementation of the software for the provision of "e-services" at the level of interaction of a minimum of four. Contractor submits to the Ordering Party - List of persons - Annex No 7 to the SWZ.
The Contractor shall comply with the condition of participation in the procedure concerning technical or professional capacity if he documents the execution or implementation of the territorial government system during the last three years before the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders, and if the duration of the activity is shorter, at least two contracts, each with a value of at least PLN 250 000,00 gross and consisting in the delivery, implementation or modernisation of the territorial government system b. one contract, which was to open at least one e-service at the level of interaction at least four. The Contractor submits to the Ordering Authority - List of services - Annex 6 to the SWZ.
For the fulfilment of the condition for persons sent by the Contractor to perform the contract The Contracting Authority shall recognise the availability of persons with functions: a.
