1. Zgodnie z art. 57 ustawy pzp, o udzielenie zamówienia ubiegać mogą się Wykonawcy, którzy:

  1. nie podlegają wykluczeniu na zasadach określonych w Rozdziale 9 SWZ;
  2. oraz spełniają określone przez Zamawiającego warunki udziału w postępowaniu:
    1. zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej: Wykonawca musi posiadać status autoryzowanego partnera dla rozwiązań producentów: Proxmox Partner, Veeam Partner, Fortinet Partner. Status ten musi być oficjalny i aktywny na dzień składania ofert;
    2. sytuacji ekonomicznej lub finansowej: Wykonawca musi być ubezpieczony od odpowiedzialności cywilnej w zakresie prowadzonej działalności związanej z przedmiotem zamówienia na sumę gwarancyjną nie mniejszą niż 500 000,00 zł.
