O udzielenie zamówienia mogą ubiegać się Wykonawcy, którzy spełniają warunki udziału w postępowaniu dotyczące zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej: Warunek zostanie spełniony, jeżeli Wykonawca wykaże, że Wykonawca samodzielnie lub jeden z Wykonawców wspólnie ubiegających się o udzielenie zamówienia, lub inny podmiot, na którego zdolnościach technicznych lub zawodowych polega Wykonawca, w okresie ostatnich 5 lat, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy – w tym okresie, wykonał należycie co najmniej 3 dostawy licencji i/lub subskrypcji licencji pakietu Microsoft Office 365, o wartości: Część I – nie mniejszej niż 30 000,00 zł brutto każda; Część II – nie mniejszej niż 100 000,00 zł brutto każda.
Uwaga: Jeżeli oferta danego Wykonawcy zostanie najwyżej oceniona w obu częściach postępowania, warunek zostanie uznany za spełniony, jeżeli Wykonawca wykaże się spełnieniem warunku wyłącznie na część II.
