What the buyer wants
- The subject of the contract is the maintenance, management, support and service of the IP telephony system and the provision of telecommunications services for the Social Insurance Institution. Telecommunications services will be provided using telecommunications lines made available to the Contracting Authority under this contract.
- Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex 11 to the WWZ.
- The contractor may entrust the execution of part of the subcontracting with the exception of key tasks concerning: 3.1. managing the execution of the order, including the function of Project Manager, 3.2. performing the Preliminary Analysis, Plan and Executive Project (Etaps I to III according to the Agreement), 3.3. maintaining and managing the Central System, including the administration of the CUCM, Cisco Meeting Server (CMS), Expressway systems, and the monitoring system, 3.4. handling service applications with priority P1 and P2 and coordination of the crash removal process within the SLA.
- The subject of the contract, are ICT products and services within the meaning of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System (i.e. OJ of 2026, item 20, as amended, hereinafter ‘KSC’).
