What the buyer wants
- The purpose of the Contract is to carry out inspections and maintenance and to maintain full technical efficiency, including verification and repair of system failures: SLK-type Central Communications, Visual Information, MPLS, Sounding, SDH, SMW, Time Signalling, TVp, TVu, TVp-SGP. Detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the EGM. The frequency of maintenance procedures is included in Annex 1 to the OPA.
- The contractor shall provide the emergency service to ensure that (within 8 hours of notification of the fault) the following activities are carried out:
- arrival at the site of the fault, if necessary, 2)verification of the declared failure,
- take the necessary measures to correct or reduce the failure,
- make appropriate copies in the Official Journal of R-366 or telephone notification to the employee to provide the information necessary for it,
- transfer the information to the Contracting Authority for the cause of the accident and estimated cost and time of its removal,
- The Contracting Authority reserves its right to extend the scope of the Order to include additional services, taking into account the additional current needs of the Contracting Authority (hereinafter: “Optation Law”) on the following principles:
- The Right of Options may be exercised if the need to increase the number of equipment covered by the Agreement.
- The right of option can be used to book repair funds covering the purchase of materials and the working time of the service (as recorded in Journal R-366).• The Contracting Authority may exercise the Option right within the term of the contract.
- Services under the Law of Options will constitute no more than: 500 000,00 PLN net.
- Option law can be used in locations not included in the annexes to the OPA.

- WADIUM: Zamawiający żąda wniesienia wadium w Postępowaniu. Każdy Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zabezpieczyć swą ofertę wadium w wysokości: 20 000,00 PLN (słownie: dwadzieścia tysięcy złotych 00/100). Wadium musi być wniesione w jednej lub kilku formach określonych w art. 97 ust. 7 Ustawy w zależności od wyboru Wykonawcy. Wadium musi być wniesione przed upływem terminu składania ofert, wskazanym w Rozdziale XIX ust. 1 SWZ. Wykonawca utrzymuje wadium nieprzerwanie do dnia upływu terminu związania ofertą, z wyjątkiem przypadków, o których mowa w art. 98 ust. 1 pkt 2 i 3 oraz ust. 2 Ustawy.
- ZABEZPIECZENIE NALEŻYTEGO WYKONANIA UMOWY: Zamawiający żąda wniesienia przed zawarciem umowy zabezpieczenia należytego wykonania umowy. Wybrany Wykonawca zobowiązany jest przed zawarciem umowy wnieść zabezpieczenie należytego wykonania umowy w wysokości 1 % ceny całkowitej podanej w ofercie wynagrodzenia brutto należnego Wykonawcy na podstawie umowy zakupowej, w formie przewidzianej w art. 450 Ustawy. Wymagania dotyczące Zabezpieczenia należytego wykonania umowy zostały szczegółowo opisane w Rozdziale XXIV SWZ.
