What the buyer wants

  1. The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance and maintenance services by repairing and replacing used/damaged parts in full technical efficiency belonging to the contracting multi-purpose equipment.
  2. As part of the current service, the contractor will provide:
    1. diagnosis of the failure,
    2. repair of the device,
    3. replacement of damaged/ used equipment components,
    4. maintenance at the installation site of the equipment,
    5. proper cooperation with the persons responsible for maintenance of the equipment,
    6. visits of the contractor's specialists at the premises of the contracting authority,
  3. For the purpose of carrying out this order, the contractor will also be required to:
    1. maintain a trained team of specialists (minimum 2 persons) in the field of service provision;
    2. maintain spare parts for equipment enabling them to be restored to full technical efficiency.
  4. The Contractor's tasks will also include repairing equipment (multi-function A4) located on the Contracting Secretariats.
  5. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contracting Authority appoints 2 persons to complete the order.
  6. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is given in Annex 1 to the WWZ.
  7. The quantity of services and parts to be exchanged as indicated by the Contracting Authority in Annex No 1 to the SWZ shall be the estimated quantities to be carried out by the Contracting Authority. The Contractor shall not be entitled to a claim for the Ordering Party to complete the quantity specified in the tender.

Dokumenty, potwierdzające umocowanie do reprezentowania odpowiednio wykonawcy, wykonawców wspólnie ubiegających się o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego – odpis lub informacja z Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego, Centralnej Ewidencji i Informacji o Działalności Gospodarczej lub innego właściwego rejestru, chyba że wykonawca wskaże dane, umożliwiające zamawiającemu uzyskanie tych dokumentów za pomocą bezpłatnych i ogólnodostępnych baz danych.
    3. W przypadku wspólnego ubiegania się o udzielenie zamówienia wykonawców występujących wspólnie (dotyczy również spółki cywilnej) – pełnomocnictwa do reprezentowania w postępowaniu o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego albo reprezentowania w postępowaniu i zawarcia umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego.
    4. Pełnomocnictwa określającego jego zakres – w przypadku gdy wykonawcę reprezentuje pełnomocnik.
