If, under the law of the applicant/tenderer’s country of origin, an admission (permission, approval, concession, or registration in a register) is required for the performance of the advertised activity, this must be communicated with the request to participate/tend. The corresponding proof must be kept after the selection of the applicant/tenderer with a self-declaration or the document relevant under the law of the country of origin of the company (e.g. registration of the company in the professional or commercial register).

Technical and professional capacity (with the offer); By self-declaration: according to application conditions, as well as the Annex 2 - Description of services self-declaration about services provided that are comparable to the service to be awarded from the last three financial years. The bidder has proof of proven experience with the operation of CAMPUSonline or Oracle-based campus management systems at 3 colleges with at least 20,000 students within the last 3 years that meet the aforementioned requirements. The declaration of reference services must contain the following information: - Name of the contract - Contracting entity (address, contact, function mail) - Short description of the scope of services - Performance period - Order total Submission of more than three references is not desired

Economic and financial capacity (with the offer); By means of self-declaration: according to application conditions, as well as the Appendix 1 - Offer form self-declaration on the total turnover of the company as well as indication of the turnover in the last 3 completed financial years, insofar as it relates to services that are comparable to the service to be awarded including the share of services performed together with other companies, self-declaration from which the average annual number of employees in the last three financial years (2023, 2024, 2025) is shown.
