- Optional scenarios (Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin & Technische Universität Berlin): Real multi-client capability to enable simultaneous or staggered operation of several legally independent universities with strictly separate data rooms, regulations and role concepts.
- System integration (SAP S/4HANA): Sustainable and flexible bidirectional connection to SAP S/4HANA taking into account SAP PSM (Public Sector Management) for automated budget and availability checks. For this purpose, the self-declaration provided by the contracting entity must be completed in full and signed in a legally binding manner with the request to participate. The fulfilment of the minimum requirements is not the subject of the selection decision according to § 51 VgV.
