F2 Declaration on liability insurance (with the offer); By means of self-declaration: A self-declaration of the bidder is required (in the case of the suitability loan of the other company designated for this purpose) that a corresponding insurance is available or is concluded in the case of an order and this is maintained throughout the term of the contract. ###### The self-declaration must be made using Form F 2 Declaration on Liability Insurance.

If the bidder is subject to the budgetary principle of self-insurance, the conclusion of a corresponding insurance is not necessary.

In this case, a corresponding declaration must be made and a proof of self-insurance must be attached to the offer. ###### Minimum Standards: The company/professional liability insurance must cover at least the following damages with the following minimum insurance sums: - For personal and property damage at least 3,000. 000 EUR lump sum per claim, - For financial loss at least 100,000 EUR per claim. ###### Details are given in the electronically provided procurement documents.

F3.1 References to the company (with the offer; by self-declaration): Appropriate references on previously executed contracts of the main services provided in the last three years, which provide information on the tenderer’s technical and professional capacity in relation to the services offered.

Area/Topic: Introduction of a content management system ######## Comparable references are required, i.e. services that are close to or similar to the subject of the contract and correspond in scope, complexity (diverseness) and difficulty to the advertised services.

In addition, the following minimum requirements apply to the references to be specified: At least 2 reference projects must be proven, which demonstrate experience in the area of - introduction of a content management, editorial system with structured content modeling and reuse of content objects - migration or transfer of existing content from document-based sources (e.g. Word, PDF or comparable documents) - productive use with different roles, at least 25 editors and 500 internal registered users - provision and operation of a web-based SaaS solution / software.
