For the nominated key person project management, at least two personal references from the last five years must be submitted. Only projects in which the key person has worked as project manager, deputy project manager or in a similar senior position are considered. The references shall together demonstrate experience in the following areas: complex IT or system integration projects, transport undertakings or public transport, ITCS systems, system integration, interfaces, migration or commissioning, programme or multi-project structures and the management of internal and external stakeholders. A reference can meet several requirements. The test is carried out only after “fulfilled” or “not fulfilled”. No weighting, dotting or ranking takes place.
