Delivery, implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System at the Marshal's Office of the Podlaskie Voivodeship in Białystok

In the ‘Price’ criterion (C), the evaluation of tenders will be carried out using the formula: Minimum gross price of non-rejected tenders C = ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- x 100 points x 60% Gross price of the surveyed bid In the ‘Price’ criterion, the tender can obtain a maximum of 60 points. - The basis for the award of points in the "Price" criterion will be the gross offer price given by the Contractor in the Offer Form. - The gross price must take into account any costs incurred by the Contractor in connection with the performance of the contract.

In the criterion “Time for full implementation of the HR module – wages in the Integrated Management System”, points will be awarded for the declaration of prior implementation of the HR module – squares: If the Contractor declares that he will implement the HR module – wages in the Integrated Management System by: - by 31.12.2027 – the offer will receive 20 points - after 01.01.2028 - the offer will receive 0 point “Time of full implementation of the HR module – wages in the Integrated Management System” will be considered on the basis of the declaration (certification) Contractor submitted in the tender form. If one option is missing, the Contracting Authority will assign 0 points in this criterion, and the Contractor will implement the HR module – wages in the Integrated System Management within 24 months of the conclusion of the contract. In the criterion “Time for full implementation of the HR module – wages in the Integrated Management System”, the offer may receive a maximum of 20 points.

In the criterion ‘Employment of working hours’ The Contracting Authority will award points for the increase in working hours (maximum 2,500 working hours during the technical assistance period, i.e. 5 years after the full implementation of the Integrated Management System, up to 500 working hours per year). The Contracting Authority will grant points for an increase of the same number of man-hours each year to: - 100 man-hours - the offer will receive 4 points - 200 man-hours - the offer will receive 8 points - 300 man-hours - the offer will receive 12 points - 400 man-hours - the offer will receive 16 points - 500 man-hours - the offer will receive 20 points In the criterion "The increase of man-hours" the offer may receive a maximum of 20 points.
