Purchase of DNS Security system maintenance service and management of DNS, DHCP and IPAM services in the form of a subscription along with manufacturer support for a period of 36 months

1. Contractors who fulfil the conditions for participation in proceedings in the scope of: 1.1. Technical or professional capacity may apply for this contract.

The Contracting Authority shall consider that the Contractor fulfils the condition of participation in the indicated scope if the Contractor demonstrates that: 1.1.1 he has performed during the last three years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the duration of the business is shorter, during that period, and in the case of recurring or continuous benefits he also performs: at least three services, each involving the delivery and implementation of the DDI and DNS Security system, together with the provision of support to the system manufacturer for a minimum period of 12 months, each with a value of at least PLN 500 000.00 gross (in words: PLN 500 thousand 00/100) 1.1.2. has the following persons, which will be directed by the Contractor to carry out the contract, validating the relevant professional qualifications and experience necessary for the performance of the contract. in the case of offering a reference solution: 1.1.2.1. one person who: 1.1.2.1.1. has at least 3 years of experience in the security of information systems, 1.1.2.1.2. has a CISM certificate (Certified Information Security Manager) or equivalent, 1.1.2.1.3. is fluent in Polish. 1.1.2.2. one person who: 1.1.2.2.1. has competence in configuration, administration and advanced diagnosis of DDI solutions confirmed by the certificate of Infoblox Qualified NIOS DDI Expert (INE) or equivalent, 1.1.2.2.2. is fluent in Polish. where an equivalent solution is offered: 1.1.2.3. one person who: 1.1.2.3.1. has at least 3 years of experience in the security of information systems, 1.1.2.3.2. has a CISM certificate (Certified Information Security Manager) or equivalent, 1.1.2.3.3.

He speaks Polish fluently. 1.1.2.4. one person who: 1.1.2.4.1. holds the manufacturer's certificate of the solution offered or the certification centre authorized by him, confirming competence at Expert level or equivalent, in terms of configuration, administration and advanced diagnostics of the solution including DDI functionality, 1.1.2.4.2. He speaks Polish fluently.
