Service "M365 - Solution Architect / Integration Manager" for the further development of the M365 environment of the city of Nuremberg

1. Self-declaration that the commercial law requirements for the performance of the offered service are fulfilled 2nd declaration of obligation of the qualifying provider in the case of a qualifying loan for the provision of these same services. I/we declare binding (possibly at the same time on behalf of those represented in accordance with the request to participate / offer): 1.The applicant / bidder does not belong / belong to the in Article 5 k paragraph 1 of Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 as amended by Art. 1 point. 23 of Council Regulation (EU) 2022/576 of 8 March 2022. April 2022 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine, persons or undertakings related to Russia as defined in the provision (a) by the Russian nationality of the applicant/tenderer or the establishment of the applicant/tenderer in Russia, (b) by the participation in the applicant/tenderer of a natural person or undertaking meeting one of the criteria set out in point (a) above holding shares of more than 50%, (c) by the actions of the applicants/tenderers on behalf of or at the direction of persons or undertakings meeting the criteria set out in points (a) and/or (b). The companies involved in the contract as subcontractors, suppliers or companies whose capacities are used in connection with the provision of the proof of suitability, which account for more than 10% of the contract value, also do not belong to the group of persons referred to in the provision with a connection to Russia within the meaning of the provision. It is confirmed and ensured that, even during the term of the contract, no companies participating as subcontractors, suppliers or companies whose capacities are used in connection with the provision of the proof of suitability, which account for more than 10% of the contract value, are used.

Declaration that the bidder will have concluded a market-standard professional indemnity insurance or company liability insurance at the latest at the beginning of the execution and will maintain it throughout the term of the contract. An insurance cover is customary on the market with the following minimum amount, which is confirmed by the declaration: Minimum amount: property damage EUR 3.000.000; Personal injury 2.000.000 EUR
