Project references Software consultant: At least two (2) references about comparable services relating to the service object (requirements in the specification of services must be submitted!) in the last three (3) years (end of the offer period minus 3 years) must be submitted. Fewer than two (2) references lead to exclusion. Each reference must address ALL of the following:

  1. Client (public or private law);
  2. contact person of reference OR indication of the reason why the contact person is not named AND confirmation that the contact is established if necessary;
  3. type of service;
  4. volume (PT or Euro);
  5. period. The references shall be uploaded in a separate document and shall be used to check the required suitability in relation to the benefit.

Employee profile Software consultant: The information about the software consultant must include the following information in relation to the subject of the service (requirements in the specification of services!) in each case:

  1. Name;
  2. Training: dedicated project manager with scientific training and sound statistical knowledge;
  3. Professional career and professional experience: (3.1) At least 3 years of experience in software development in the field of clinical research / (3.2) At least 3 years of experience in the administration of database systems / (3.3) At least 3 years of experience in the development of web-based applications;
  4. Proven knowledge in the digitized and automated data evaluation of biological assays (Radiobinding Assays, LIPS Assays, ELISA Assays). Proven knowledge of digital data collection in the context of clinical trials;
  5. German and English negotiable in word and writing. The employee profile must be uploaded in a separate document and serves to check the required suitability in relation to the service item.

Company presentation: The presentation of the company serves to check the suitability of the bidder. It should identify the range of services offered by the undertaking in relation to the subject of services advertised and include the following information:

  1. Name of the undertaking;
  2. Place of business;
  3. Company form;
  4. Date of incorporation. The company presentation shall be uploaded as a separate document.
