7. Declaration on the total gross turnover and gross turnover in the field of activity of the tendered contract within the last three financial years, if available. Minimum requirements:

• The gross total turnover of the last three closed financial years is more than 200,000 euros per year.
• Gross sales for comparable services exceed EUR 150,000 on average over the last three closed financial years. Comparable are services for the adaptation, maintenance and further development of web applications. Declaration that the applicant has, at the latest at the beginning of the service, a customary professional/corporate liability insurance for personal, property and property damage, including the sums covered.

9. self-declaration whether the company has had contractual and/or commercial relations with suppliers or associations from the pharmaceutical, gambling, tobacco, cannabis, alcohol and/or medical device industries during the last two years; or during the term of the contract, such cooperation is intended (“Conflict of Interest”). If this is the case, the tenderer shall be excluded from the contract. The project duration is at least. 1.5 years. The client of the reference project was neither the bidder itself, nor a member of the bidding community or a subcontractor.
• Company reference 2: reference on the technical support and further development of an online portal based on the content management system TYPO3 in the last three years. The technical support and further development of an online portal based on the content management system TYPO3 in the last three years was realized by the bidder in the specified reference project.The scope of the services provided by the tenderer is at least. 45 person days. The project duration is at least. 1.5 years. The client of the reference project was neither the bidder itself, nor a member of the bidding community or a subcontractor. An identical reference may be provided here as both company reference No. 1 and company reference No. 2. The submission of two separate references is not required.

11. Declaration on the language skills of the persons employed to fulfil the service Minimum requirements: The persons employed to fulfil the service have German language skills in word and writing at native language level (C2 Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)).
