All solutions that meet the described professional, technical and promotional requirements are permitted, such as progressive web apps, web-based portal or integration solutions (middleware), modular content or experience platforms or other web and platform architectures with comparable functionality.

The service includes in particular: 1.Editorial and Data Management System (CMS): provision and establishment of a web-based, multi-tenant system with one main client and at least five sub-tenants as well as granularly configurable user roles.
Self-care capability: The client and the project partners must be able to maintain their content completely independently, without regular paid support from the contractor. Data standards and open data: support of the Schema.org data standards (Tourism vocabulary) as a prerequisite for automated knowledge extraction through the AI system of lot 3, transfer of the SKOS classifications of the DataHub RLP into valid Schema.org features and export option under Creative Commons CC BY SA.
Frontend of the digital service platform: setup and configuration of a web-based playout system for the 18 kiosk terminals of lot 1 (operation in kiosk/full screen mode), for the mobile devices of guests and for desktop browsers, responsive from 55"/49" to smartphone, with the mandatory modules POIs, events, tours, accommodation, catering and packages, multilingual (at least DE, EN, NL, FR) and accessible according to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Interfaces: Setup and documentation of at least the connections to the DataHub Rhineland-Palatinate (dataCycle, open documented API including category mapping), the Eifel framework (Infomax), deskline (feratel) for the integration of accommodation data with availability display as well as Outdooractive/Infomax for tour data, as far as these are not already provided via the aforementioned systems.
Integration of the AI system from Lot 3: The frontend must support the seamless integration of the AI chatbot as a web component without using iframes. The overarching service level agreement (meta-SLA) is binding for all three lots. The reaction times specified therein are minimum requirements which must be improved but not deteriorated.
